Yes. Every timepiece sold on WATCHBAY is 100% authentic and sourced through the brand's official channel by Cherry Oo.

What warranty do I get?

The official warranty depends on the brand: Orient and SEIKO 3 years, Microwear 1 year, and every other brand 2 years. Keep your order confirmation and warranty card for any service claim.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within one working day. Yangon deliveries usually arrive the next day; other townships take 2-4 working days.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online through the payment options shown at checkout, or choose cash on delivery where it is available for your township.

Can I exchange or return an item?

Unworn items in their original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Contact us and we will arrange it.
